Strengthen Information On Arts, Craft & Computer Technology

1. Designing Strategies for improving information services on Arts & Computer Technology:

Creating Clubs in schools, opening other centres for reinforcing liaison activities base on creativity and technology etc

1. Promoting the use of New Technology such ICT, FOSS etc i.e. low-tech computing:

Facilities and Training in new studies technologies such as CD, Radio Cassettes etc lectures and illustration; and as electronic network (such as Distance Learning Program), through our ALC and ICT Programs.  

1. Providing full & Part time training sessions on Arts & Computing:

Through the running of a Computer Training Centre, Techcefacos.org NGO is intending to transforms it a college, entitle: Cameroon College of Visual Education and Computer Technology. Also techcefacos.org NGO provide profession training on computing to some secondary, high and professional schools with partnership it.

1. Fundraise and Donating literature material as well as Hardware & Software:

Books, CDs, Radio Cassettes etc, are donating to schools, colleges, libraries and documentation centers. It also, made available latest catalogues from the worlds’ leading Arts and Computer publishers.

Promoting Contacts & Exchange Of Experiences

• Seminars or Forums: Organized within, topics relevant to priority issues in Arts and Computer development, or without to share professional relationships and the exchange of information.
• Study Visits and Training: School to Schools contact and experience sharing on Arts and Computer Technology Programmes in specific fields.

  

• Volunteering: There is great need for volunteering in Cameroon especially in the domains of teaching arts and computer in primary and secondary schools respectively as well as capacity building through some of development program such as empowering the rural women. 
• Showcase & Exhibition

1.       Media-Printed and Multimedia Publication:

Techcefacos.org NGO Artco Club News Bulletin, base on various studies, reports, bibliographies, directories, programs and projects, which is made available for members, schools, colleges, libraries and documentation centres etc. Greatly assisted by Techcefacos.org NGO Artco’s Creative Writers Cycle and Network Arts News bulletin and supports the translation of other publication to other languages. The Publication of Text base on Computing to help cooperate partners of academy institutions, organizations etc. The publication of Pictorial Learning Aids to assist most Nursery and Primary Schools.

2.       Literature Services:

Through the Selective Dissemination of Information programme, techcefacos.org NGO greatly support researchers of Africa Arts, Craft and Culture with current awareness bibliographies etc.

3.       Research Techniques through Question-And-Answer Service:

Requests for Africa Arts, Culture and Computer Technology information are either answered directly through personal or electronically means.
